Executive NYI Council

The Executive Council is elected at the District NYI Convention and serve as the leadership group for district events, communication, and organization. Each member serves this capacity in a volunteer role, in conjunction with their position at local churches, schools, or businesses. 

Rich Vasquez

NYI PRESIDENT

Rich serves as the Youth Pastor at Nampa Lakeview Church of the Nazarene. He previously served at Caldwell Canyon Hill Church of the Nazarene for 23 years and Nampa First Church of the Nazarene for 6 years in various pastoral roles. Rich is also a Chaplain for local law enforcement.

Josh Dringenberg

NYI VICE PRESIDENT

Josh serves at Nampa College Church as the Pastor of Youth and Families. Additionally he is serving at the Intermountain District NYI Coordinator for NYC 2026.

Val serves as the Youth Pastor at Twin Falls Church of the Nazarene. She serves as a co-director for IMNYI Summer Camps.

Jon is responsible for financial reporting and maintaining the district NYI budget. Jon is a CPA and has served as treasurer for over 20 years.
