Download Lagoon 2008 Registration Form (excel file.17kb) On Friday, August 15th, we will have registration from 8 –10 pm at the campground. Check in with Rich Vasquez and pay him to receive tickets. Everyone attending this event will need to purchase tickets from Rich Vasquez. This is a district event and the tickets are discounted. Worship will begin on Saturday morning at 9:00am at the Davis Pavilion. If your group has any special concerns such as season pass, children under 3, or spectators only, please contact me and we will handle this on an individual basis. Please make note of it on the registration form under the “special” column. This year, each church will need to provide their own housing. If you plan on staying at Lagoon’s campground, you will need to call and reserve your space. The reservation desk is open Monday – Thursday from 9am – 1pm (MST). The toll free number is 1-800-748-5246 ext. 3100. Cost is $27.50 per site (includes 1 vehicle & 2 people) and an additional $2 per person, per night. Approximately 10 people can fit on a site (depending on tent size). You will need to provide all other meals for your students other than the dinner on Saturday night. Dinner will be served at the Davis Pavilion from 5pm-6pm. I encourage you attend church Sunday morning and there are 3 great Nazarene churches that you can attend on Sunday morning: SLC 1st, SLC Central, and Rosewood Lane. These churches would love to have you attend! What an encouragement to them to see other Nazarenes, remember there are only 3 Nazarene churches in the entire state of Utah. By taking the time to pre-register, it will save time and confusion at the time of the event and enable us to give correct numbers to Lagoon and will keep the cost as low as possible. Cost is $40.00 per person including sponsors, one sponsor free for every ten students. Please register when you arrive and let us know you are here and the number of students and sponsors. 2. Please know where all your teens are and what they are doing, especially Friday and Saturday night. Lagoon management has requested that we keep close supervision for our groups this year. 3. Be aware of others around you, especially those not with our group this year. People may be sleeping when you arrive, so let’s try to keep the noise level at a minimum. 4. Keeps your camp areas/hotel rooms cleaner than you found it. Please also make sure the restrooms and shower areas are clean before you leave. It is campground policy to issue fines if the campground facilities are not clean. Thank you for your cooperation. Remember we represent the body of Christ to those around us. Camping Rules We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the office. Following are a few simple rules. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation. Check-In Time 12:00 p.m. After 12 noon on day of arrival. Check-Out Time 11:00 a.m. Prior to 11 a.m. on day of departure. When staying over an extra night, please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. Vehicles All vehicles must display a valid campground parking permit. A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at owner's expense. Vehicles must not block road or adjacent site(s). Speed limit is 10 MPH. Facilities Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Grills are not available on sites for cooking. Fires No open pit fires permitted. Fireworks are prohibited by law on campground premises. Please do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Restrooms & Showers Three facilities are available (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Due to Board of Health regulations animals and the washing of dishes is prohibited in the restrooms. Garbage Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in a gray containers located throughout the campground. Garbage bags may be obtained at the office. Laundry Laundry room is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at site. Children Parents are responsible at all times for their children's safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms and do not allow children to play in the roadway. Pets Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at campsite. Animal waste needs to be picked up by the pet owner and disposed of in garbage containers. Weekly Camping is limited to a one week stay (7 days). Purchase six nights and receive the seventh night for free. Rate is based upon utilities used and the number of people camping. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. Visitors When having guests or family over for the day or night they must register at the office and purchase a parking permit. After Hours Assistance/Security Please see blue courtesy phone next to campground store entrance. Lagoon R.V. Park and Campground reserves the right to make final site assignment on day of arrival. Park management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause.
